Residential Community (Case Study)

I had an opportunity to work with Keene Farm a Residential Community. I helped them with the UI Design, Website design, and CMS implementation into WordPress.

The client

Keene Farms isa community located between Lexington and Nicholasville, this new development offers one-acre+ homesites in Phase II. Accessible off Foaling Ridge in Equestrian Woods, this exclusive neighborhood will have the potential to span many years and be one of the most beautiful communities in Central Kentucky.

This community will be centered on cultivating a lifestyle that appreciates timeless architecture, enjoys active amenities, and thrives in the natural setting of the Bluegrass. In addition to the neighborhood itself, residents also have quick and easy access by cart path to Keene Run.

The challenge

Keene Farm needed a creative UI Designer to develop a new look that supports their branding. The company wanted to talk to the core of affluent families that love golf, healthy living, and the Bluegrass who are looking for a beautiful, fun, and welcoming community.

The solution

Based on the branding and the main focus of touch the hearts of those who love the bluegrass, young families, retirees and empty nesters, we successfully developed the new Keene Farm visual identity, supported by a newly designed website. We built the website using WordPress CMS for ease of use and scalability.
