Driverama – Content from real situations

✨Wow, it’s been a whole year since my last work-related post😮. I have to balance working with sharing what I do😅. Here is a story about my buddy Eldar Vagabov (CEO) from Driverama.

⚡️In 2022, he had a vision - to make Driverama the most trusted used car dealer rooted in digital excellence. But as the company rapidly grew, it became clear that its homepage needed some help. It was outdated and 3D visuals were no longer cutting it. Customers weren't able to get an accurate picture of what kind of services they could expect because there weren’t any real-life photos from 9 physical branches or home deliveries – something which is essential for trustworthiness.

👉That's when I stepped in. We ran impression and usability tests confirming our suspicions about how important original visual content from actual customer interactions truly is for creating credibility🤌.

I suggested to Eldar a plan that would make sure our customers don't mistake Driverama for some fly-by-night venture. We changed the homepage design, putting in real images from day one of buying and selling cars across Germany. And it worked! Trustpilot gave us an amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4.7 score (2089 reviews!)

If left unchecked, the website's rapid growth could severely damage Driverama’s reputation and put off potential customers at that time. That's why redesigning is essential to maintain trustworthiness and keep the business growing🪐.
