The hotel stands out with its luxurious rooftop, swimming pool, bar and jacuzzi : The roof is a space of relaxation. The lightings vary according to the atmosphere. I added some vegetation to make the setting more pleasant.

The front of the hotel is inspired by the bow of boats, with fluid and aerodynamic lines allowing better wind resistance. The final floor is a duplex.

The rear form is distinguished by large openings on each appendage of the building. The heliport is visible here from below.

These openings allow among other things to add terraces at mid-height.
