Client Management App for Therapists

Project overview: I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. The primary user group was therapists and their secretaries. Some assumptions was about lack In digital literacy and avoiding therapists to use digital platforms instead papers. I find out hesitate using apps was about doubt in Information security and misconceptions about the time-consuming use of technology during psychological counseling.‍

The problem: Therapists are dependence on the constant presence of the secretary and they are worry about the loss of patient information and does not have effective management.‍

The goal: Design an app for therapists that allow them to easily find and save patients information.
