In building the logotype it was built from the founding typeface called Presicav. The typeface was then thickened and manipulated to curve the bottom stroke of the “R” to bring in the curves that are motifs in the architecture seen in the homes. In the primary logo, the logotype is included with a deconstructed and simplified version of a home. Showing the fundamental and foundational parts of a building as well as the concepts of a home with its simplicity and lasting memories. The shape is built of the 3 rectangles with circles to represent windows. This modular shape connects with the more structured parts of the home that are more linear and more grounding. This is similarly seen in the sub-mark with the 3 modular sections however, it includes the organic and curved shape for the “R” and connects the balance between rigid and fluid formations in buildings.
