Partnering with a photographer and production team unfamiliar with our Baby business posed challenges for this photoshoot. With 7 diaper stages (Newborn & 1-6), 2 patterns per stage, and 3 package quantities per stage, clarity was crucial.

After consulting ecomm and brand stakeholders, I created a spreadsheet outlining the photo requirements for each size. I developed a moodboard and provided guidance to the photographer and models. To save costs, we utilized furniture from a previous photoshoot. Within budget, I selected the photographer, stylist, producer, and models. Finally, I directed three post-production artists to finalize the images.
