Seshboard is an interactive online workshop platform that offers a rich set of tools to engage participants. The existing MVP had a functional core but required enhancements based on feedback from early users.

To kickstart the project, we conducted extensive user research, uncovering key areas of improvement. Our scope included a complete design update, resolving user experience issues, and crafting a fresh, modern UI.

With the release of version 2, we embarked on a step-by-step process to enhance the platform further. We added new features and conducted thorough user testing to ensure a seamless user experience.

This shot showcases the room management screen, allowing administrators to effortlessly set up workshops, upload content, access chat history, etc.
