Yellow fever

In XIX century Argentina suffered the worst epidemic of yellow fever. Almost 14.000 people died, most of them, poor people who comes from unhealty neighborhood. Rich people escaped to better places to live, and they founded Palermo, Recoleta and Belgrano, districts of city of Buenos Aires very opulent, with a lot of green places and where overcrowding was impossible. Meanwhile, poor people died without decent living conditions
