Joe Sparano - Quote of the Day

Yesterday, I talked about Steve Jobs' quote "Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works." Today, I stumbled upon another quote by Joe Sparano: "Good design is obvious. Great design is transparent." 

It made me think about how good design in everyday things often goes unnoticed, but it's the reason we don't get frustrated with simple tasks. Take a door knob, for example. We use it without thinking twice because it just works. 

As designers, our job is to create designs that not only look good but also work seamlessly and enhance the user's experience. And when we succeed, the design becomes transparent, and that's when we know we've created something truly great.
