Stoked to share exploratory concepts for elevating the support experience at Byte!

Support is an integral part of the aligner journey and getting it right on the mobile app is key to scaling remote treatment.

The redesigned Support Tab makes it easier for customers to track their cases, request additional help, and keep their treatment moving.

I'm exploring and shaping different concepts through user testing, engineering review, and stakeholder demos to make sure the solution solves the original user problem and business objectives. I hope to share more updates soon!
