Lido is a software which makes it easier and faster to work with spreadsheets. ———

The task

In this project, we were tasked with doing a rebrand. The previous branding lacked consistency and a clear design system.

The solution

Spreadsheets are typically viewed as difficult to work with, so the idea behind the rebrand was to make them look as cool and simple as possible. The logo features a simplified spreadsheet icon. Its rounded corners and the pastel color palette with a touch of gradient make the whole identity seem friendly while the grotesk headline font adds a bit of technical character. The focal point of Lido are the stroke illustrations created by Dawid Sobecki. The main character of the illustrations is the green and blue brand hero, Lidude. He is a single spreadsheet cell-shaped little helper who emphasizes Lido’s ease of use.
