Daily UI #004 (Calculator)

A common problem I notice when people are using their calculators is the struggle of memorizing and recalling numbers from previous calculations. This can increase cognitive load, especially when the numbers involved are long or complex. To address this, I added a tab feature to today’s design for #100daysofUI, allowing users to keep track of and recall numbers from earlier calculations with ease, resulting in more efficient completion of tasks! 

Day 4: Calculator

Key Learnings:

💡 Colour code the operators (this makes the UI easier to navigate)

💡 Re-use basic design patterns & avoid extra elements (this helps minimize cognitive load to maximize usability)
