PNC Bank "Get started" screens flow
Hello everyone,
I am excited to share with you my latest project, where I had the opportunity to redesign the UI for a fintech app named PNC. As a self-exploration project, I used the real app and aimed to simplify the user experience while maintaining the app's functionality.
The Product
PNC is a financial services corporation based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a banking subsidiary, PNC Bank, operating in 27 states and the District of Columbia. The PNC Mobile App allows users to manage their accounts, view transactions, check their balance, and transfer funds between PNC and non-PNC accounts with ease.
The Challenge
One of the initial challenges I encountered was the chatbot feature, which was offered to users upon installation. As a non-user, I found it slightly complex to navigate and understand. However, upon expressing my interest in the app, I was directed to the website's mobile version, where I expected to find all the necessary details about their product and services.
The Solution
With this in mind, I set out to create a cleaner UI with prominent text about login, signup, and product details. I also included an easy location selection feature for users to enter their address seamlessly. Overall, my goal was to simplify the user experience and make it more intuitive.
