DailyUI Day011 - Flash message

Day 11 of the dailyui design challenge.

Created two flash message screens, left-one is like the encouragement/praising which gives user some extra energy to work on. While the right-one is like the motivation which gives user motivation, if user failed to complete the given task this message will come up to give some extra motivation to user to keep the hustle on.
