. Project Overview

Dayan Shop is an online store in the field of fashion and clothing in Iran, offering services in four main categories and 18 subcategories. This store offers its products online through its website and social media, as well as through affiliate marketing, which helps meet the needs of users in the fashion and clothing industry. Currently, Dayan Shop is considered one of the top 10 online stores in the field of fashion and clothing in Iran.

. Problem Statement

The initial version of the Dayan Shop website was designed in 2010 in both mobile and desktop versions, but due to extensive changes in the site's development, the design of the mobile and desktop versions had become disconnected. In addition, Dayan Shop often sold its products through affiliate marketing and paid less attention to loyal customers. Therefore, after holding multiple meetings with stakeholders, it was decided that the Dayan Shop website would undergo a complete review of its user experience and interface processes to create two versions that, in addition to visual coherence and attractiveness, would play an important role in the site's user interaction rate.

. Process & Solution

To obtain first-hand information, we conducted interviews and created questionnaires for target users in order to achieve more accurate mapping of processes, user flows, and stakeholder expectations, and to arrive at acceptable solutions.

To identify user issues, we had the opportunity to conduct qualitative research on the existing website. The goal of this was to obtain first-hand information about the user experience.

🚀 Develop & Deliver

Based on the information we had collected, we began analyzing competitors and the design process. Consideration of competitors and similar products, as well as the issues that users had, were the most important factors we took into account in this process.
