SAYANA YOGA | branding 🐍

SAYANA is a yoga studio born out of dreams of two friends from California, and brought to life through a long friendship and shared love for yoga.

I used the California snake – sidewinder as the main symbol to convey the purpose of the brand for three reasons: first, its unusual form of locomotion as a message that you can do things your own way; second, its home in the desert, which represents room to breathe, connecting with a higher power of natural forces and the beauty of both life and death; and third, its "horns", meaning the feminity is tenderness but also wildness.

An earthy identity for Sayana Yoga highlights the authentic spirit of the brand and its deep connection with life in the California desert.
