Los Pollos Hermanos

When the predecessor of Los Pollos first opened in Miami in 2006, it's menu consisted predominantly of basic hamburgers, French fries, soft drinks, milkshakes, and desserts. After being acquired by its Albuquerque, New Mexico expanding the breadth of its menu by adding the Hermanos sandwich in 2012. This quarter-pound hamburger was created by Los Pollos's new owners Gus Fring and Max Arciniega. Since its inception, the Hermanos has become synonymous with Los Pollos and has become the focus of much of its advertising. The company even named its new kiosk-style restaurants Los Pollos Hermanos.
