Word Logo design for the surgical manufacturing industry

I've created this logo for a industry, which sells surgical Instruments on eBay. The client told me to design a word mark type logo. I have taken ideas from google and instagram. As it is a surgical manufacturing industry i have choosen the red, black and white color scheme.
