Car Website Form - UX Writing
Generally, the purpose of this tiny form is two fold: to customise experience and find nearby dealerships. However the form can often feel suspicious and annoying.
The psychologist and ux writer in me really worked collaboratively for this challenge. Personalities, emotions and cars are intertwined. This copy taps into the emotions of the user making them feel safe enough to trust us with their personal details to provide the best experience when shopping for their desired car, while letting them submit their details and feel in control.
I’m glad that you're here. I’d appreciate your feedback.
