New navigation

We redesigned the navigation across all of our apps (Commonholds, Rental Management & internal admin).

Everything is now grouped in a single sidebar.

We also simplified wording & icons in the menu.

And we placed the referral in a "Promotion card" that can be later used to update clients about new features or products.
