Talky Weather App

Been awhile. I hope everyone's well.

This is the 31st weekly project for Project Weekly.
I was always tempted to design a weather app, but wanted to do something a little different.
Instead of showing generic weather information, I wanted to make the weather app to talk, give guidance based on weather through the day.
