Here is a project strategy for a new hub situated on south Moldova, Cahul for teens that wants to learn IT. Currently, the tech innovation landscape in the south of Moldova is virtually non-existent with both the academia and private sector lagging behind the rest of Moldova in terms of developing and introducing new technologies. My mission was to present for everyone timelines, budget estimates, and metrics for measuring progress for launching this.
