Compliment Card - Employee Recognition

I designed this for a unit at Adventhealth that was looking to boost their employee moral. The idea behind the Kudos card was to have a way for patients, coworkers, and supervisers to quickly jot down a few words to compliment and recognize staff that have gone above and beyond in patient care.
