What do you think about this design?

In this design, I created a work that specifies the management list of a company. The photos of top-level executives are placed in rectangular frames, while the photos of lower-level executives are placed in circles. Due to privacy policies, I cannot provide the company name and executive photos. This design, which has a watercolor style with a cloud-like texture and simple colors, creates a striking effect.
