Introduction
The Competitive Benchmarking project is the first of four sections that will make up my UX Case Study's Research Block. By doing Competitive Benchmarking against each competitor's homepage and hotel booking procedure, I start the process by analysing market trends.
Project Goal
The goal of the project is to apply design thinking to create a hotel booking
a procedure that is in line with user needs and streamlines the process while minimizing the number of stages in the interface.
