Credit note management 💰

We've just released one of the most requested features by our customers! Credit notes management on Spendesk. Our customers will be able now to bookkeep and apply credit notes to their invoices (either directly or on future invoices). It was a challenging project where the goal was to translate a complex problem into a very simple and flexible solution to support a supplier-buyer relationship.

📈 Impact:

• More than 4 million € of credit notes submitted since the launch

• A very low feedback rate during the beta phase
