Project Detail Productivity Todo Mobile App - Doen

Now I finish the project detail for Productivity Todo Mobile App. When user click on the project, it will bring into the detail project pages. There some information included in the pages. Start with the title, description, status of project, time tracked for all of users, timeline projects and also progress.
The task is listed with a simple list, I not creating another view like board for the mobile version, I want to make application simple and easy to use. That's why from the research i just make it using list. The task also can be drag and drop into another position and can be a sub tasks. this will solve the overhelmed list.
Users also can view as full screen just by swipe up the card. Another than that user also can doing some actions including:
Filter and sort the tasks. User can easily filter the task by status and sort it using due date or Priority
When user clicked the options, it will show dialog to share and delete the projects. Of course including with confirmation. Anyway to share user can only share the link. I will add some improvement to add social sharing.
Show more participants by clicking the avatar of contributors to the task. It will showing the list of users.

Process
I started make this Screen from the Mindmap. Before i jump to this screen, i make the sitemap for the screen included in mobile application, also add some important information should showing in the screen.
Once I understand, I look into the app concept and the research. I found that some element should be put as essential feature in this app. So i create it down into a list. Then start to create simple wireframe on paper. Then i jump into the Figma to start design the UI.
Sometimes also i goto inspiration website like dribbble, mobbin, and pinterest to see how another designer working. So once i got the idea, i start to create the design and try to improve until it satisfied and solve the problem.
