Test task for an IT company | Web app design

I decided to show you my latest test task for an international IT company.
The main idea of the task was that there is a platform for the purchase of magic carpets (and related products). The logic of the platform is that the customer places a request on the platform, in the form of: “I want to buy 5 magic carpets for transporting oversized cargo”. Suppliers reply to him or her with offers of their assortment.
My tasks were:
✦ design the user flow from order placement to purchase
✦ suggest improvements to the user flow
✦ offer a user flow of secure payment on the platform
✦ make the main job story of the sides, in case of a conflict between the customer and the suppliers
✦ design a web and adaptive version of the page that the customer gets to when they create a request to buy a magic carpet (and related products)
