Design Concept for NHS's Training centres. The Pivot is the center point of any rotational system (wiki).  Change is the driving force bringing people to a central point, whether that be the training website or a position of change. In its opposite the mark can be viewed as a central location from where people are dispersed to find suitalbe training courses. Progressive states, ultimately growth, is depicted by the extending and rotating lines.

This focus is on location, change in direction and ultimately a betterment in positioning.
