UX Case study of Bangladesh Railway Ticket Booking

Overview of this project

This project aims to address the issue of online train ticket booking in Bangladesh by designing and implementing a user-friendly and efficient online booking system.

The project will involve researching and analyzing the current online booking process to identify areas of improvement. A new system will then be designed and developed, taking into account the needs and feedback of users.

This will include a user-friendly interface, clear instructions, and a streamlined booking process. The system will be tested and evaluated by a group of users to ensure it meets their needs and addresses the issues identified with the current system.

Objectives & Goals

Our goal is to improve the user experience of the Bangladesh Railway website for both new and existing users when booking new tickets or accessing information.

This may include making the booking process more efficient and user-friendly; making information easier to find and understand, and providing clear guidance and assistance to users.Additionally, the goal could be to increase overall satisfaction and convenience of the
website for users.
