NJ Council Sketch

This is a sketch of a logo design I put together. This logo is for a group of colleges in NJ. The main idea is how each school, with its diverse members, strengthens each other as part of the whole. I like the motif of using diversity as a way two institutions can strengthen each other instead of destroy each other.
