Let's flip the job hunt experience on its head!

Most job finder platforms give companies the opportunity to share their open roles with the world. What would the job market look like, if we flipped the switch?

Landed is a concept that showcases talent (aka - people) instead of jobs. The idea is that designers, developers, and project managers can create profiles (even portfolios and resumes) right in the platform. Companies can use the platform to search for the right fit, save potential candidates, and request an initial interview all in the same place.

I admit it's a lofty idea, but super fun to think about, right?
