Portrait Surrealism

I wanted to experiment in these series with more surreal blends of vintage engraving portraits melded with scientific illustrations of plants, trees, flowers, and even insects. The contrast between the monochromatic detail of the engravings and the colorful nature illustrations produces striking images that meld different styles.
