Follow the Beat festival chat

We recently launched the Follow the Beat festival app! 

Leading up to the start of - and during - the festival, a lot of things can happen which festivals want to contact their audience about. Currently, all communication leading up to the festival has to be done by email, but mails often stay unread. During the festival, communication is done using worth-of-mouth, billboards, social posts and mostly big megaphones across the terrain, which isn’t ideal either. 

To solve this, we build a real-time chat in the application where festivals can send messages to all festival goers. It’s possible to send normal text messages, images, image carousels, polls with multiple choice questions containing logic and follow-up messages, performance previews, etc.
