Therapixie — Mental Health Companion App

We often behave the way our beliefs about ourselves and others tell us. Those beliefs might prevent us from living our full life. Also, when encountering a triggering situation, we might find ourselves overwhelmed with lots of intense emotions.

Therapixie is a mobile app that we’ve designed which simplifies therapy and offers self-help instruments and journals based on a scientifically proven cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) 🧠



There have been designed 40+ screens as well as a pack of custom 3D illustrations with a brand character for this app, to make your journey towards mindfulness and mental well-being feel like home 🧚‍♀️

The core of the app is 3 science-based CBT journals to work through your automatic thoughts & core beliefs, as well as your fears and to feel gratitude. Moreover, you can process your intense emotions and really feel your feelings using meditation techniques approved by qualified specialists 🧑‍⚕️

Achievements have been added to engage users in keeping their journals and meditating regularly. Also, you have statistics of your entries and practices you can use for yourself or share with professionals 📋
