Pale Rider IPA (2023 Update)

I originally drew this Pale Rider girl for an IPA release in 2021. After some time and more skill, I updated her hair, shoulder angle, and hat and man what a difference it made. I also removed the shadows from her face since a friend was getting this tattoo'd, which was pretty cool.
