ITSM Dashboard - Light & Dark mode
Typically, a IT support agent would use this page to create, assign and
manage his tickets using this screen. Support agents are expected to
handle lot of cases daily. Hence the volume of tickets is very high. This
means they should be able to use the key functionalities efficiently for
them to do their job better. Since the usability of this application is very high, we design the interface which has to be less strained to the user's eye. Introducing dark mode would help them in the long run and ease of use.
