Creating an intuitive and seamless user experience for customers, making the mortgage process smoother and more streamlined than before.

By focusing on user needs and pain points, I was able to create a design that guides customers through the mortgage application process step-by-step, while keeping them informed and engaged along the way.

From pre-approval to closing, the design ensures that customers have all the information they need at their fingertips, without feeling overwhelmed.

Primarily it is a desktop application, but also incorporated responsive design principles to make the experience accessible and user-friendly on any device, whether desktop or mobile. This allows customers to complete their mortgage application on their own time, from the comfort of their own home.
