Product Display page & Ambassador page for a leading shoe brand

This was a great learning experience, redoing the Product display page for a sustainable shoe company - Andoze.

Based on initial analysis, I noted that, their product details page was more crowded and less clear as compared to their competitors.

Therefore, it may be difficult for users to process and find relevant information needed to make a purchase quickly.

The changes implemented:

-Clearly grouped sections allow for a more structured Product Details Page viewing experience.

-Easy & visual color and size selection options could allow users to make less mistakes when adding products to cart.

-Shipping & Returns policies that could be viewed directly on PDP would help make the buying decision more efficient.

-Product Reviews help to build trust and allow users to gauge sizes better.

-A 'BUY NOW' button with better contrast ratio compared to previous design.

-Adding the sustainability impact of the respective product to make better buying choice.

Ambassador Page - What is it and why is it needed?

Brand ambassador programs are designed to create a closer connection with consumers to help drive sales and improve brand recognition.

The ambassadors spread the message by engaging continuously and beneficially with their community. Their existing ambassadors are either local to the area or global, so they are able to tap into the community in an effective manner, and are seen as a trusted source of information by that community. 

A dedicated page allows people to read and gain information in the most accessible format while it helps Andoze, display information effectively, showcase their existing ambassadors and what they have to say about the brand.
