The Client
Stem Systems have been providing robust, premium IT solutions to Northern Ireland's public and private sectors for almost two decades, and in that time have established themselves for their straight talking, down to earth approach. Their heavy cloud approach sees them continually being one of the first to offer new enterprise solutions.
The Challenge
Stem Systems recognised that an IT solutions company with a dated website wasn't a good first look, so they approached DHD to help redesign their aging website. Our early discussions found that neither managers or employees resonated with the existing brand, and the visual identity had lost any meaning it once had. Without a strong foundation, the new website was sure to fail.
The Solution
Having presented four unique concepts, there was unanimous support and an almost instantaneous approval of the first concept. It centres on the idea that strong customer relationships are fostered by the thoughtful application of technology within a business. These strong relationships, in turn, help businesses grow and move forward.
The Results
Stem Systems has been reenergised and galvanised by a clear strategy and visual identity, which will help them present themselves in a more accurate light as they prepare to enter the Republic of Ireland market, and increase recruitment and marketing efforts.
