Offcanvas Menu Interaction & Page Transition

Screen recording of a little menu interaction and page transition. Using mostly css transforms/transitions and a smidgen of Jquery, we open the nav drawer, select a nav link, close menu, fade page out, load new page, then fade that badboy in all sexy like.

Im not using ajax, just some js to prevent the link's default behavior, so we can chain a few add/remove class deals before redirecting.
