Booking a Meeting Rooms

I implemented a module in the office management system that enables users to book meeting rooms. Users are able to check the availability of the meeting rooms, view and reserve them by date and time, and confirm, cancel or reschedule the bookings. Upon completion of the booking process, users will be sent a confirmation or cancellation notification.
