Admissions staff internal workflow

The admissions and enrollments teams uses a complex host of in-house tooling and external software to do their job. I drew these workflows so that we could understand how these teams are currently reaching their goals, where inefficiencies are occurring, and how we might optimize this process in alignment with Flatiron School’s business objectives.
