The project PINIA was created in the outskirts of the city of Martin. The remains of the pine forest ecosystem were preserved on the property, the name PINIA is derived from this. Pines created a natural environment for comfortable living and relaxation. The development project offers modern common spaces, reception, design furnished interiors  and high quality materials in a long-term sustainable design. PINIA is a new dimension of living. 

Enter your text herSince the very name of the project refers to a pine tree, we were inspired by a pine cone. We added angular shapes to the original organic lines to reflect urbanism, elegance of design, quality of materials and processing of the project itself. In the structure of the cone, it is possible to identify the heart as a good emotion associated with living and a diamond with the symbolism of precise processing. The color range is strongly inspired by nature. In the visual identity are represented green shades of the forest and elegant wood tones.e...
