User Persona

This user persona is part of the Human-Computer Interaction Foundations course at IDFx.

The first part of the project was to come up with a problem I would like to solve, a solution and create a user persona. Here the details of the project:

Problem- Expecting a baby can be overwhelming and involve many expenses, from decorating a baby’s room to buying the baby’s clothing, toys, furniture, and accessories. Babies grow so fast that many of the clothing and accessories are used a handful of times before being discarded. 

Solution: Create a platform for people who are expecting a baby or had a baby recently and are looking to buy or sell baby’s clothing, toys, furniture, strollers, etc. within their cities or communities to save money and reduce waste.
