Findzz approached us to bring an innovative social media inspired recruitment app to a big gap in the German market. A wealth of local maker positions desperately need to be filled, but these opportunities enjoy little attention amidst the buzz of the local job market. Findzz aims to create a community dialogue around these positions with a powerful culture-builder: user-generated content. With a video-based UGC content library and all the recruitment functionality enterprise can dream, Findzz is perfectly poised to get artisans, bakers and other makers hired.
