The Home Work App

To design the brand and product for The Homework App, we derived inspiration from old-school textbooks and study materials. The goal was to scratch the ‘work’ out of homework. A charming mess of handwritten notes, highlights, and doodles formed the basis for the visual style of the product. The resulting brand is warm, playful, and quirky — while allowing for a more mature aesthetic when needed.

Most importantly, it gave us a chance to make homework fun and exciting. Oh, the joy!
