By using CrossFit, people can get exercise suggestions, keep a record of their daily exercise, and record their progress on a weekly and monthly basis.

It has some advanced features that keep people motivated and organized. Taking fitness data from iOS gives users suggestions and recommendations about their water intake, daily sleep stats and steps. Each flow in the CrossFit app is user-friendly, and user testing has created the journey. Most essential features are free, and CrossFit makes health tracking easy.
