ROOTSTRAP
Rootstrap is a software development and design agency named one of the fastest growing companies in America by [Inc.com] and the Financial Times.
When they started, their main offerings were development and staff augmentation. But back in 2019, their Product Design team began to grow at a very fast pace, along with their Strategy deptartment. That meant that Rootstrap was ready to provide an end-to-end experience to their customers, from auditing and strategizing to building and launching their products.
But they were having a hard time communicating the good news to their potential -and even existing- clients.
Over the course of two years, we collaborated with the Design Managers, Marketing, Operations and HR teams to redefine Rootstrap's vision and tone of voice, and then weave a cohesive visual and conceptual thread across all their brand touch points: their website and blog, internal comms, merchandising, capabilities and pitch decks, stationery, etc.
The scale and duration of the project posed a fun challenge and allowed us to work with people we’re now very fond of.
