Daily UI 001 - Sign Up: Coffee Shop Loyalty App Sign Up

So I've decided to do the Daily UI challenge to learn and improve my skills.

The Day 1 challenge is to create a Sign Up page or component. So here's mine, a Loyalty Program app for a coffee shop. Which is also My first App design after just designing desktop websites. 😅

I am very much open to feedback. As I'm still in the early stages of my UI/UX design career, any knowledge, advice or even criticism is welcome.
